For me I follow a 16:8 cycle. I eat between the hours of 12-8 and fast the other hours. This is the cycle that works best for me and keeps me from noshing at night. Swollen extremities…now what?

Going to the doctor tomorrow. Let’s see what this is all about. My whole weekend I was away my feet were swelling. My mom said it’s because of the airplane. I don’t know, it might be.
